100 days exercise challenge:
1. 48 times of Surya namaskar. continuously without taking a break in 45 minutes.

100 days of cleaning:
1. 10 minutes of cleaning everyday. with timer.

100 days of 100 pages. (in 300 minutes times) (3 hours and 20 minutes)

  1. 100 pages a day challenge with notes.

reward on the 101st day: a pizza. and a brownie. a large cup of coffee..
a facial, mani and pedi, and chiro nd massage. hair makeover and new clothes.
